As part of our mission, WOLC aims to offer quality education and value for money. We price our course fees as competitively as possible, by cutting costs not quality. We also seek to provide access to education for as wide a range of students as possible.
Our courses are made of individual units or modules and required number of Guided Learning Hours (GLH). The inclusive course fees cover the teaching costs for all the modules in the course plus course administration, registration, and student support costs. So longer courses and courses with more modules can, therefore, cost more than shorter courses or courses with fewer modules. We can, however, reduce the administrative and other costs for longer costs by spreading them over a longer time.
We can also offer various flexible instalment plans to allow students to spread their payments over the course of their studies. Please contact our admission advisor for a specific course fee.
24+ Advanced Learning Loans
If you are aged 24 or above, you can now apply for a 24+ Advanced Learning Loan. The loan will help you pay for Level 3 and Level 4 ‘Certificate’ and ‘Diploma’ courses.
The first loan repayment will begin in April 2016. However, you will not have to repay the loan until you are earning above £21,000 per year.
To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:
1. Aged 24 or over at the start of the course (no upper age limit).
2. Resident of the UK in the first day of the course (and lived in the UK for at least 3 years).
3. Studying with a provider approved for public funding.
4. Enrolling on an eligible course at Level 3 or Level 4.
5. Not previously had a loan to do the same qualification and level.
Additional loans will be available for different qualifications and levels. You can take out a maximum of four loans.
